What is ONLINE MEMBERSHIP?
Membership plan without catalogue service and consignment.
Online Members will be able to view images for past sale from our website, but no catalogues will be set to you by post.
If you register along with other Membership, the additional fee of 10,000JPY will entitle you this membership, instead of 15,000JPY.
FAQs
When are the starting dates and expiring dates?
Online Membership is monthly contract. The starting date is the first date of each month and expiring date is 1 year from the starting date.
Please note that you may not make payment for per-diem rate.
How are the discount to 10,000JPY applied?
Discount will be offered if the online membership dates are completely same as the subscription membership.
How do I know the expiring date?
We will inform you twice by email 30 and 15 days before the expiring date.
You may also find the notice on your MY PAGE, after sign-in.
How can I renew online membership?
Please select [RENEW] from MY PAGE. Once the membership is expired, you may register as a new member again.
You may also register from registration form in hardcopy.
How can I register for Online membership additionally, while I am registered to other subscription membership?
Sign-in to your MY PAGE, go to Edit Other details, and click on REGISTER to fill in the registration form.
If you register for online membership without sign-in, it will be declared invalid due to double application of the same email address.
If you enter different email address, the registration will be for new clients, which is 15,000JPY for Online membership.
How can I consign artworks?
Online membership do not include consignment service. Consignment fee must be paid depending on the number of the items.
How large are the images for the works in the past sale on the homepage?
Height x Width = 32,400 pixcel largest.
Do we receive auction ticket to participate in the sale?
We do not send you any ticket, but you may still participate in person on the sale date.
Can we view images for all genres in the past sale?
Yes, images for all genres are available.
Can we view all images (from sale no.1) in the past sale?
The images are available from sale no.146(2003, May).
