APPRAISAL
For a single object or large collections, we provide a range of individualized appraisals for company accounting requirement, or Inheritance Tax. Full color digital photographs may be included in the appraisal in order to make each object easily identifiable. Our valuation is made based on recent auction result, and well-researched fair market appraisal.
BUYING
We facilitate the process from start to finish, including assistance in setting up bidding and shipping.
SELLING
Mainichi Auction provides auction estimates and sale proposals tailored to your specific needs. We will prepare a customized proposal tailored to the specific property under consideration for auction, including a commission and fee structure developed to maximize returns to consignors. We may also make an outright purchase offer on individual items or entire estates.
