- The procedure is very simple. Just send the information of your property as precisely as possible with photos. There is no designated form but you can use "AUCTION ESTIMATE QUESTIONNAIRE FORM" of this site and attaching digital images is very much appreciated.
Our specialists will examine your property through the information and photos and estimate your property based on recent prices of similar objects, the current state of Japanese market, rarity and conditions. Then, we will give you free preliminary auction estimate by telephone or E-mail. Please note, however, that our preliminary estimate is based upon your property is authentic and in good conditions.

- We offer official valuation service for company accounting requirement, inheritance procedure and so on. Please call our office or send us your request by e-mail. We are ready to visit anywhere in Japan to appraise the works and submit our written Fair Market Value Valuation to our client.
- ･The fee is based upon how much time our appraisal work will take.
- If you or your company is located outside of greater Tokyo area (100 km loop) additional transportation fee must be added to the above valuation fee.
- ･If we need additional authenticity appraisal at official appraisal institutions, additional fee will be added to the above valuation fee.
